1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Haloehs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Haloehs.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Haloehs platform. By using our services, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Haloehs provides a comprehensive cloud-based HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management platform purpose-built for safety operations across industries. Our platform includes a wide range of modules designed to streamline safety management, including but not limited to observations, incidents, inspections, audits, risk management, permit-to-work systems, training and competency tracking, contractor management, and regulatory compliance tools.
The platform features AI-powered insights, real-time analytics dashboards, mobile PWA capabilities for field operations, customizable workflows, automated reporting, and seamless integration with existing business systems. Haloehs is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution accessible through modern web browsers and mobile devices.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: (a) uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts; (c) using the service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service; (e) copying, modifying, or reverse engineering any part of the platform; and (f) using the service for any unlawful purpose.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, store, or process through the Haloehs platform, and you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Haloehs platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, are owned by Haloehs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
The Haloehs name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Haloehs. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners.
While you retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the platform, you grant Haloehs a limited license to use, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not share your proprietary business data with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Haloehs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, the Haloehs platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service unavailability.
In no event shall Haloehs's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Haloehs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Modifications to Terms
Haloehs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending email notifications to registered users or posting a notice on our platform.
Your continued use of the Haloehs platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our policies. If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Haloehs is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Haloehs platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Haloehs to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
